The person that I admire the most is my
mother
I have always admired my mother, because
she is the most amazing woman in the planet. My mother has always had a
difficult life, however some how she has managed to overcome hardship. She
never gives up and she loves their friends and relatives. She is smart and no
one can ever beat her genius. When I become an adult I want to be like her and
everyday I work for that purpose.
My mother lost her parents when she was
young. For many this can be the end of the world but she didn’t get stuck in
that moment. She studied hard and became a schoolteacher at the age of
twenty. She then specialized in
biotechnology and did her postgraduate degree. She has just finished her master
degree and she has been to conferences around the world. To me, all these are
outstanding achievements encourage me to study as hard as I can.
My mother inspired me to travel the world.
She left Colombia after she realized there was a big world to explore. She
applied for a scholarship in Western Australia and because she always studied
and worked hard she won it. After a couple of years she asked me if I wanted to
come along with her. I did not hesitate, so I moved over and ever since it has
been a complete new world to discover.
She inspired me every day. She loves people,
their family and she always worries about them. She is very responsible, everyday
she wakes up and does all her duties and if she has anything else to do she
does not hesitate and do it straight away.
Every day I try to study as hard as I can
so my mother will not be disappointed. I also study hard because I want to live
a happy life in which I don’t have to worry about money and material things. I
live for self-improvement and a constant search of inner peace with others and
me.
